Description
Comfortable support around the waist and lower back
This lower back support is designed to provide close-fitting and comfortable support around the waist and lower back during various everyday activities. Its wide design wraps around the area and can be adjusted to fit your body for a personalized fit.
The adjustable straps make it easy to adapt how closely the support fits. The back panel is shaped to follow the body, and together with the elastic sections, it creates a flexible fit without restricting normal freedom of movement.
The lower back support can be used at home, at a desk, or during other everyday activities when you want extra close-fitting support. It can be worn under or over clothing, depending on what feels most comfortable.
Start with shorter periods of use and adjust the duration according to what feels comfortable. Take regular breaks and combine use with normal movement and activity.

How to use the lower back support
- Position the support centrally around the waist and lower back.
- Fasten the main strap at the front so that the support fits comfortably.
- Adjust the outer straps to achieve the desired fit.
- Make sure the support fits close to the body without feeling too tight.
- Adjust the fit as needed during use.
Important information: The lower back support should fit comfortably and should not be tightened so much that it causes significant pressure or restricts normal movement. Discontinue use if you experience pain, numbness, skin irritation, or any other clear discomfort.

Naprapaten utan legitimation
